Antoine LOUBIER est avocat au barreau de Paris exerçant sous le mode d'entrepreneur individuel (EI), et autorisé par l'Ordre à exercer à l'étranger (en Chine) où il a été résident permanent vingt années notamment à Beijing et Guangzhou de à 1997 à 2017 avant de revenir s'installer en France.
Antoine LOUBIER a débuté sa carrière en Asie au sein d'un cabinet d'avocats à Taiwan en 2000.
De 2003 à 2015, il participe successivement pour le compte de plusieurs cabinets d'avocats français au déploiement de leurs activités en Chine du Sud en travaillant au sein du cabinet maritimiste chinois WANGJING & Co. (广东敬海律师事务所).
En mai 2015, Antoine LOUBIER fonde son cabinet parisien et rejoint comme consultant étranger le cabinet cantonais JUNHOU Law Firm (广东君厚律师事务所).
Antoine LOUBIER intervient dans les domaines du Droit des investissements étrangers, des Fusions et Acquisitions, du Droit de la propriété intellectuelle et du Droit du Travail, du Droit de l'Immobilier ainsi que les problématiques juridiques liées aux échanges commerciaux internationaux, notamment les questions douanières dans leurs composantes tant administratives que judiciaires.
Il conseille principalement tant des entreprises européennes que chinoises, hongkongaises ou taïwanaises.
Antoine LOUBIER a été de 2014 à 2018 arbitre des litiges internationaux auprès de la SCIETAC (Chine) «South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission » à Shenzhen (华南国际经济贸易仲裁委员会) également dénommée Shenzhen Arbitration Court.
Depuis 2021, Antoine LOUBIER est arbitre auprès de la Commission d'Arbitrage de Guangzhou "GZAC" (广州仲裁委员会).
