Antoine LOUBIER is a lawyer with the Paris Bar and is authorized to practice mainly abroad, in China where he resided 20 years, including 14 years in Guangzhou from 2003 to 2017.
In 2000, Antoine LOUBIER started his career in Asia by joining a Taiwanese a law firm.
From 2003 to 2015 he worked for a Chinese firm specializing in maritime law, WANGJING & Co. (广东 敬 海 律师 事务所), and helped several French law firms develop their activities in South China.
In May 2015, Antoine LOUBIER founded his Paris office and joined the Cantonese firm JUNHOU Law Firm as a foreign consultant (广东 君 厚 律师 事务所).
Antoine LOUBIER works in the fields of Foreign Investment Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law, Real Estate Law, as well as legal matters related to international trade, including customs legal and administrative matters.
He mainly advises European, Chinese, Hong Kong and Taiwanese companies.
Antoine LOUBIER has also been working as an arbitrator since 2014 in international litigations at the SCIETAC (China) "South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission" in Shenzhen (华南 国际 经济 贸易 仲裁 委员会), also known as Shenzhen Arbitration Court.
